How do I book directly?
Each stay option has its own page with a booking widget. Pick dates, pay with a card, and you'll get instant confirmation and a keypad code before you arrive. No Airbnb or VRBO service fees.
Why book direct instead of through Airbnb or VRBO?
Two reasons. First, you skip the platform service fee — typically 14–18% of the total. Second, you get a direct line to us before, during, and after the stay; no intermediary between you and the owners if something needs attention.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Self check-in with a keypad code we'll send the morning of arrival. Earlier or later times can sometimes be accommodated — just ask.
Can I bring a pet?
No — the home is kept pet-free for guests with allergies. No exceptions, and this is checked at departure.
Is the house kid-friendly?
Yes. The bunk room is a favorite with kids, the living room has plenty of space for games, and the grounds are large and fenced away from road traffic. Pack-n-plays and high chairs available on request.
What's the minimum rental age?
The primary renter on the booking must be at least 30 years old and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay. This is a firm rule.
Are events or weddings allowed?
No. The home is for guest use only — no weddings, no parties, no events, no day-use by non-guests. Guest count is capped at the booked capacity.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors. This includes cannabis and vaping.
What if I want to rent upstairs and downstairs separately, on the same nights?
That's not supported. If you want the whole property on a given date, book the Whole Home page. The split listings are for groups who genuinely only need one level and are comfortable sharing grounds with whoever may be renting the other level.
Is the driveway plowed in winter?
Yes — the driveway is plowed throughout winter. We recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles in January and February, and tire chains if there's an active storm.
Do you provide firewood?
Yes. A cord is stacked at all times, with another cord in reserve. Kindling and fire starters are in the wood box next to the hearth.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes — whole-home Wi-Fi with speeds sufficient for video calls and streaming. The network name and password are posted inside.
Can guides pick me up at the house?
Yes — most outfitters in Ennis will pick you up at the driveway with the drift boat already rigged. Let us know what kind of fishing you're after and we can point you to a few good guides.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before check-in; 50% up to 14 days before; no refund inside 14 days. The exact terms appear in the booking flow before you pay.
How do I get there from the airport?
Fly into Bozeman Yellowstone (BZN). Rent a car and drive south on Highway 191 toward Big Sky, then over to Ennis on Highway 287. Roughly 1h 20m. Detailed directions and the gate code come with your confirmation.
